This project involves developing solid and cohesive visual identities for two brands: Affairs and Vintage Culture. The work includes color palette definition, typography, and brand application for both entities. Additionally, complete Brand Guides will be created, with all guidelines and identity applications across different media, both digital and print.

The proposed price includes all design services, research, and documentation necessary for the complete development of Affairs' visual identity. Additional services or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Our agreement ensures a clear understanding of project scope, deliverables, and responsibilities.

The copyright of this project belongs to THE FORCE.CC and will be compensated by the fees contained in this proposal.

All costs are estimated and may change according to project modifications after approval.

Any licenses, authorizations, and fees with local authorities will be negotiated after approval of this project.

Creation and editing costs include up to 2 (two) revisions. From the 3rd (third) revision, if it occurs due to client responsibility or desire, a fee of 50% of the costs related to the creation and/or editing of the revised layouts will be charged.

In case of Briefing changes, 100% of the creation cost will be charged.

Signing this proposal implies contracting the services described herein.

This document has the value of an extrajudicial legal title.

The values in this proposal include taxes in effect on the date of issuance. If there are changes in tax legislation that result in an increase in this tax burden until the date of the event, supplementary billing will be issued to cover any cost differences caused by tax increases.

Contracts involving foreign currency in any of the specified items should take into account the daily exchange rate, among other relevant aspects, the exchange rate variation against the national currency, aiming to establish the financial balance of the contract. Resulting from this price difference, the update cannot exceed 5% variation in relation to the contract value at the time of revision, being adjusted later.

This document authorizes THE FORCE.CC to contract service providers and suppliers (individuals or legal entities) on behalf of the Client (with respect to the items described in "subtotal A" of the spreadsheet only), and the service providers and suppliers must provide the execution and/or supply of the items listed in the project. THE FORCE.CC, as the event organizer, must intermediate the issuance of invoices and payments due by the Client to the referred service providers. Under the terms of this spreadsheet, and as will be indicated in a proper tax document, such payments may be received by THE FORCE.CC (on behalf of the providers) and passed directly to the service providers and suppliers, which is why their values will not constitute revenue for THE FORCE.
